In some cases, a cancellation of your order may not be possible straight away as your goods may be on the way to you.

 

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and include the following information to help us find your order:

Once we have received this information from you, our team will aim to resolve this as soon as possible.

*Please note you have up to 14 days from the date you receive your goods to cancel your order with us. If your order has been delivered, please make the necessary arrangements to return your order so this can be cancelled for you.

Please note: All missing items need to be reported with pictures within 48 hours of delivered status.

RETURNS

We will only return or refund items if wrong size were sent.

We have an accurate size chart of all the apparel, please do check it before you order.

We can do exchange if you picked the wrong size, but you will have to cover the shipping fees.

If you choose to return your item(s), we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.

Typically your bank will then take 3 - 5 working days* to transfer the monies back to your account.

*If you have not received your refund within 5 working days - please contact your bank to ensure this has not been processed and then contact our team on the email below.
